Age Requirements

Smart Memo is rated 4+ and is suitable for users of all ages. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

Use of the App

Smart Memo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated summaries.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Smart Memo only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app

User Responsibility

You are responsible for any content you record or store using the app. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable laws regarding recording consent in your location.

Intellectual Property

Smart Memo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crafter Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, missed recordings, transcription inaccuracies, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app.

In-App Purchases

Smart Memo offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple through their standard refund process.

Apple's Standard EULA

Your use of Smart Memo is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which can be found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
